These panels are 7’8” tall and extend to 12′-0″. The adjustable upper panel, shown above, slides up to the height of the ceiling. To adjust the height you simply loosen the knurled knob on each side, slide the panel up to the ceiling, then retighten the knobs.

The 48″ panels are our work horse panel. They allow you to enclose large areas very quickly. Setup time for this panel is about 2 minutes.

Our 48″ panels include a self leveling channel on the bottom to compensate for unlevel floors. This channel has a neoprene gasket adhered to the bottom side to create a seal to the floor.

The sides of the panel contain closed cell gasket material to form a seal between the panels and the top of the panel has a 1/4″ thick soft ether foam gasket to conform to the ceiling.

Grid clips and camlocks are included with the panels.

The picture above shows the outside face of our door panel. The door can be ordered with a RH or LH swing.

Our 36” door panel consists of a 32″ door mounted in a 36″ frame. The door has a polyethylene continuous hinge which provides smooth quiet operation while forming an air tight seal. The strike side and top of the door have a 1″ x 1″ angle mounted to them with a gasket adhered to it to form a seal with the frame. The bottom of the door has a gasketed sweep to prevent dust and debris from escaping the enclosure.

We provide an adjustable hydraulic closer and a self latching/locking handle. We also provide a 1/4″ x 2″ solid aluminum threshold strip with neoprene gasket material seal to the floor. This threshold is also how you level the door if needed.
