3001 Grid Clip Assembly $7.45
The Grid Clip Assembly is a very important part of the EDGE Guard Dust Free Barrier System.
Our grid clips have been specially designed to secure the top rail of our Adjustable Panels to suspended type ceiling grid. The low profile top section allows the clip to fit around the edge of the grid without disturbing the ceiling tile (flat or tegular). A plastic pinch block prevents damage to the grid. Our clips work with standard 15/16” grid, fine line grid and extruded aluminum gasketed grid.

3002 Cam Lock Assembly $5.15
3003 Closure Strip $9.00
Step 1 – Insert ½” sheet metal backer strips
into the panel’s aluminum side as shown.
Step 2 – Apply double sided polyethylene tape to the face of the panel side rail. DO NOT USE FOAM TAPE
Step 3 – Remove protective film from the edge of the closure strip and apply ¾” x ¾” soft foam gasket material.
Step 4 –Mark and cut closure strips to fit around handrail, etc. using tin snips. Closure strips may be bent by hand or with duck bill pliers. Lapstrips to make an air tight seal.
Step 5 – Remove paper from polyethylene double sided tape. This tape is clear. Yours is white.
Step 6 –Compress the soft gasket material to the wall and
apply the closure strip to the double sided tape. This will
hold the closure strip in place and make an air tight seal.
Step 7 – Install screws though the closure strip into the sheet metal strip. DO NOT SCREW INTO THE ALUMINUM. When you remove the closure strips the polyethylene double sided tape will peal off of the aluminum without leaving any residue.

3006 Pushbutton Combination Lockset $220.00
The picture above shows the outside face of our door panel. The door can be ordered with a RH or LH swing.
Our typical door panel consists of a 44″ door mounted in a 48″ frame. We also make a 48″ door mounted in a 52″ frame; and a 32″ door mounted in a 36″ frame. The door has a polyethylene continuous hinge which provides smooth quiet operation while forming an air tight seal. The strike side and top of the door have a 1″ x 1″ angle mounted to them with a gasket adhered to it to form a seal with the frame. The bottom of the door has a gasketed sweep to prevent dust and debris from escaping the enclosure.

This has become very popular. Our door panel is 48″ wide by 7′-8″ tall and adjusts to 10′-0″. We provide an adjustable hydraulic closer and a self latching, locking handle, keyed outside, thumbturn inside.

Our Panel Transport Carts can hold up to ten 48″ panels at a time. They come equipped with adjustable straps with quick release buckles for easy adjustments.
A removable stabilizer bar allows for easy breakdown; Simply unscrew the rubber knobs and slide out the stabilizer bar.
Two sliding lower strap brackets adjusts to the number of panels for a snug fit.
Tough castors with rubber wheels provide a smooth quite ride. Two castors on the back of the cart have locking brakes.
